Rafael Punceles is a attorney with over five years of experience in tax law, litigation, and arbitration. His practice focuses on advising national and international clients on tax audits, tax appeals, tax compliance, and complex matters of corporate and tax law. He represents clients in civil and administrative litigation and has developed key expertise in administrative law and human rights. He is currently a Professor of Business Law at Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET) and is completing his specialization in financial law and a Master’s degree in applied economics, both at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB).
